Typically, in order to get to the heart of the issue and see the space first-hand, we typically can cover 2-3 issues at least during a 60 minute consultation.

Melanie Thomas is a color-loving maximalist and can help you navigate the complicated waters of art-forward interiors.
This includes:
help with layout and flow
color choices
wallpaper selection
art selection
product suggestions
styling choices

Suggestions for contractors, installers or personal contacts
Providing measurements
Requests to order trade only items
2D layout renderings, elevation or CAD drawings for the space

We encourage you to make the most of the 60 minutes and have your questions ready during the timeframe. If you have any follow up questions, please book another session!

All consultations are done via Google Meet.
Prior to booking the session, MTD asks that all consultees fill out an exhaustive form and include at least 4 pictures of their space in question.

Prior to the session, MTD will send an exhaustive form to fill out but that is the extent of contact.

Because 60 minutes goes fast, MTD likes to encourage prospective consultees to prepare as much as possible.
Here are a few (totally optional!) suggestions to consider: - write out a list of all the questions you’d like to get answered - list out any links you’d like to share with Melanie - put together a simple document / slideshow / presentation to walk Melanie through via Google Meet’s screen share feature. This document could include photos of your space, pieces of furniture or decor you have your eye on (or already own), mood board images, swatches of materials – anything you like!

E-design services often include 2D rendering, expert picked color and wallpaper selection, links to products, etc.
Design Chat is simply support for those who have done all the leg work but now need a little extra guidance.
